Many different products can be packed safely for transport with modern tray packaging systems. Whether a pneumatic valve weighing 10 grams or an electric motor weighing 1,000 kg – almost anything can be fixed. As a rule, only one quality of stretch film is needed for this.
Determining this quality and carefully adapting it to your products is one of our tasks. Your tailor made stretch film must run smoothly at the high operating speed of your winder. Furthermore stretch film quality must have sufficient restoring force to keep your product perfectly fixed even after transport. At the same time, there should not be too much restoring force to avoid deforming a tray made of corrugated board.
We realise a high pre-stretching of the stretch film for packaging systems with pre-stretching device, a high puncture resistance for bulky or sharp-edged products or a maximum tear resistance for extraordinary tasks.
