Our focus is on sustainable packaging. We clearly distance ourselves from greenwashing – which is unfortunately omnipresent in the offerings of many of our market competitors.
We do not want to produce so-called “bio-films”, which make food scarcer and more expensive around the world – or whose raw materials are grown in huge monocultures and lead to far-reaching ecological problems.
We would be happy to advise you and show you how it is possible to reduce the amount of packaging film in your company. And how you can contribute to a material cycle for your packaging by using recycled material.
Narrow rolls / PE films
Improved packaging properties can often be achieved without higher costs by using the latest generation of film qualities.
The challenges and possibilities in determining the optimum narrow roll quality are many and varied.
We design special properties of the films according to your requirements. For example, anti-slip outer sides for maximum transport safety during loading. But the complete opposite is also possible – smooth or super-smooth outer sides. These simplify the smooth handling of the packaged products on the conveyor belts in your production plant or during transportation outside the factory.
Coloured or printed narrow rolls are no problem for us, just like equipping our stretch films with UV stabilizers, absorbers or special solutions such as VCI batches. Close cooperation with manufacturers of stretch film is a basic prerequisite for constantly achieving new optimizations for our narrow rolls.
Machine rolls
Due to the many different packing schemes and increasingly sophisticated stretch wrapping systems, there are now many parameters that influence the selection of the optimum stretch film. Whether light cardboard goods stacked on Euro pallets or heavy cobblestones on one-way pallets. Long trapezoidal profiles, heavy beverage pallets or complete boilers – the possible applications for stretch film packaging with machine rolls are many and varied.
Innovative developments in the manufacture of stretch films enable the production of new film qualities, which can generally be used to further optimize packaging that has been tried and tested for years. Unfortunately, this potential is rarely exploited. Challenge us – we will be happy to advise you and test innovative qualities with you on site to optimize your load securing.
